Princess Cruises Selects CrunchTime! as its Back Office Solution Provider

Boston, MA, August 16, 2001 - CrunchTime! Information Systems, Inc. today announced that Princess Cruises has signed and agreement to install CrunchTime!'s Enterprise Manager and Net-Chef products throughout its entire fleet. Implementation began in December 2000 and is scheduled for completion in December 2001.
At its corporate office, Princess Cruises will utilize CrunchTime!'s Enterprise Manager Application to conduct voyage set up, vendor bid analysis, procurement, inventory control, menu & recipe analysis and enterprise wide reporting. Aboard each ship, Enterprise Manager and Net-Chef will be used for production management, inventory control, menu & recipe analysis, central store room ordering, labor management and ship level reporting. Multi-language and multi-currency functionality will be deployed as part of the solution.
