Sodexho to Deploy Web-Based Enterprise Application from CrunchTime! Information Systems

CrunchTime! Information Systems, developer of a powerful suite of Web-based enterprise back office products for multi-unit foodservice companies, announced today that its technology has been selected by Sodexho, the leading provider of food and facilities management in the US and Canada, for use in the company's next-generation food management system.

Sodexho, which is headquartered in Gaithersburg, MD, initially will use CrunchTime! technology and architecture to link its 900 Campus Service accounts via the Internet to the food management system. Eventually, Sodexho plans to link all of its 6,000 North American accounts to the proprietary system, which is being developed by Sodexho to enable managers to more efficiently manage their individual business units.

The CrunchTime! solution features recipe scaling, food cost modeling, perpetual inventory management, production planning, receiving and invoice reconciliation, store-level and enterprise-wide reporting, integrated bar coding, hand-held capabilities, and seamless integration to point-of-sale and general ledger systems.
