Business Analyst

The ideal Business Analyst will have experience working with enterprise software systems.  This person should have demonstrated ability to study complex business requirements and formulate clear concise documentation for use by the development teams.  These specification documents will incorporate system analysis, business logic flow and screen design.  Successful candidates will be a strong team player but also be able to work well independently.  Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.

Candidates should have exceptional analytical skills, be familiar with formal concepts of logic, be extremely detail-oriented and organized, and exude a high energy level.  This is a critical role for our company and we are seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing detailed technical and business analysis of customer requirements
• Writing detailed business specifications including the design of effective user interfaces
• Developing a comprehensive understanding of the entire CrunchTime! Application Suite

Job Requirements:

• BA or BS degree in either a technical field or Business Administration
• 3-5 years experience working in a Business Analyst role
• Proven ability to write comprehensive, clear, and concise specifications for product development (Writing samples will be requested as part of the hiring process)
• Knowledge of graphics programs is desired but is not required
• Detail-oriented
• Exceptional analytical skills
