Client Manager

As the liaison for a dedicated customer base, you will be responsible for all aspects of the customer relationship and work to ensure that they receive only the highest levels of service. This position is a vital role within our organization and we are looking for candidates who have strong troubleshooting skills, are dedicated to superior customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Our customers are located all over the world and candidates must be willing to travel both nationally and internationally.

Required Skills:

  • Prior project management experience
  • Solid troubleshooting skills
  • Professional customer service and presentation skills
  • Ability to train/teach multiple users within varying levels of an organization
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to client locations

Desired Skills:

  • General understanding of client/server application, web and relational databases
  • Experience working with ERP systems
  • Experience working in the restaurant, cruise, or hospitality industries

This position is based out of our offices in Boston, MA and all candidates should be local to the Boston area.


Product Specialist

Our Product Specialists are responsible for working directly with our customers to implement, train and support them on the CrunchTime! Application Suite.We are looking for candidates who have strong troubleshooting skills, are dedicated to superior customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Support Analyst

Our Support Analysts provide our Customers (both external and internal) support on the CrunchTime! Application Suite. The Support Analyst is a vital role within our organization and it will be necessary to consistently perform at the highest level.

Our Support Analysts are responsible for providing application support by telephone, email or other media.Successful candidates are experienced at drawing upon their communication, reasoning and logic skills to troubleshoot the issue and provide effective communication to the customer on an appropriate resolution.CrunchTime! is a fast-paced environment and candidates must be able to function well under pressure.

Required Skills:

  • 2-3 years software support / help desk experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Strong oral, written, interpersonal communication skills
  • General understanding of client/server application, web and relational databases
  • Ability to describe technical concepts to technical and non-technical customers
  • Experience with MS-Office applications: MS Excel, MS Word, etc.
  • Prior experience working with SupportForce or other Case Management Tool

  • Experience writing simple SQL scripts
