Web Application Developer

We are looking for talented developers who want to help us take our product to the next level. We are porting our application suite to J2EE while continuing to enhance and maintain our existing products.

Members of our Web Team will:

• Build out architectures for our new products with the latest J2EE technologies;
• Maintain and enhance our Perl application;
• Enhance our UI layer by implementing the latest RIA techniques and technologies including AJAX;
• Continue to internationalize our product to support our global client base.

Candidates must have prior web application development experience. Experience with Enterprise-class (ERP) applications is preferred.

PowerBuilder Developer

CrunchTime’s Development group is seeking a PowerBuilder Developer to support and enhance our industry leading enterprise management application. This position requires a strong background in Object Oriented Design.  A successful candidate will exhibit a high level of self-motivation and independence while working in a team environment.  The candidate will be expected to contribute to the evolution of PowerBuilder development processes as well as support other teams at CrunchTime!.  The technical requirements are important, but so is the ability to fit into our team environment.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on client server development with either PowerBuilder or Visual Basic.
• Strong SQL knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Solid unit testing skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot software defects, identify the root cause and propose a solution efficiently.
• Ability to work with QA Engineers to get new development and defects completed.

• Demonstrated ability to handle/organize multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
• Experience with PL/SQL
