Sales Manager

CrunchTime! is looking for a Sales Manager to help us drive our sales and marketing initiatives forward.  We are looking for a proven “hunter.”  The successful candidate will be able to increase our market penetration primarily through cold calling and prospecting.  We are looking for someone who is eager to grow with our company and take-on increasing and evolving levels of responsibility within our sales team. 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Work closely with the Director of Sales to prepare an annual budget, manage to that budget, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify targeted prospects.
  • Actively contact prospects in order to identify open opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales to complete RFP’s, attend sales calls, provide customer demos, and conduct necessary follow-up to close deals.
  • Work with our marketing specialist to lead our trade promotion efforts through attending tradeshows, networking groups, and other strategic trade events.
  • Measure, analyze, and report critical sales metrics.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ability to develop and manage to established sales/marketing plans.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed established sales quotas.
  • Prior experience selling ERP software desired.
  • Ability to enthusiastically execute lead generation campaigns.
  • Demonstrated business acumen.
  • Prior exposure to the food service and hospitality industries preferred.
  • Self directed and driven to succeed.
  • Excellent MS skills including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
  • This position must be able to travel domestically and internationally.

Marketing Specialist

CrunchTime! is looking for a Marketing Specialist to execute marketing programs for our products and services.  Our ideal candidate will have proven experience developing and implementing innovative and successful marketing programs that are aligned with business goals.  We are looking for someone who will increase CrunchTime!’s industry presence through electronic and print media, market analysis and trend reporting, and effective management and use of our corporate message throughout internal and external communication mediums.  The successful candidate will be a creative, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Creates internal and external communications including press releases, website content, marketing collateral, and sales presentations.
  • Ensure all existing collateral is regularly updated and properly represents CrunchTime’s product offering and solution set.
  • Executes lead generation campaigns.
  • Performs market analysis and reports on trends.
  • Management/oversight of trade shows and other industry events.
  • Work closely with sales to develop and track against annual sales/marketing budget.
  • Ensure that CrunchTime!’s corporate message is up-to-date and consistent throughout all marketing initiatives.
  • Increases online presence through traffic analysis (using online analytical tools), keeping content up-to-date and fresh, and developing creative solutions to help us reach an increasing number of members within CrunchTime!’s target audience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent and 2-4 years marketing experience.
  • Experience with marketing ERP software and services an/or experience marketing to the hospitality/food service industry strongly desired.
  • Proven written communication skills (writing samples will be required).
  • Ability to effectively incorporate key marketing messages consistently into sales presentations, print materials, and electronic content.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Requires strong attention to detail and superior organization skills.
  • Ability to analyze variances and recognize trends.
  • Experience conducting marketing research/competitive analysis.
  • Superior MS Skills, particularly with Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.  Some exposure to web design desired but not required.
