Marketing Communications Manager

CrunchTime! Information Systems, a global leader in Enterprise Business Platforms for the Restaurant and Hospitality Industries, is looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to oversee and execute all marketing communication activities across multiple delivery channels including print, online and PR.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop, manage and execute annual strategic marketing communication plans
  • Create thought leadership and marketing collateral pieces including white papers, articles, case studies, and data sheets
  • Develop, manage and maintain all online communication initiatives including email campaigns, blog, webinars and corporate website
  • Define and implement corporate branding strategy
  • Manage all PR and communication campaigns
  • Manage the Marketing Calendar including media placements, tradeshows and lead generation campaigns
  • Support global sales initiatives
  • Manage tradeshow communication activities and assist with tradeshow logistics
  • Participate in budget development and support budget management
  • Assist in the creative development of advertising and marketing campaigns

Skills/Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in Marketing Communications with a proven track record of success in a Business to Business environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience managing partnerships and vendors
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Must thrive in a fast paced, results-oriented environment
  • Minimal tradeshow travel is required

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Experience utilizing The Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiarity with website analytics tools, preferably Google Analytics
  • Experience with Email Marketing Platforms including Constant Contact
  • General understanding of CRM Solutions
  • Experience in the hospitality industry




Sales Manager

CrunchTime! is looking for a Sales Manager to help us drive our sales and marketing initiatives forward.  We are looking for a proven “hunter.”  The successful candidate will be able to increase our market penetration primarily through cold calling and prospecting.  We are looking for someone who is eager to grow with our company and take-on increasing and evolving levels of responsibility within our sales team. 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Work closely with the Director of Sales to prepare an annual budget, manage to that budget, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify targeted prospects.
  • Actively contact prospects in order to identify open opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales to complete RFP’s, attend sales calls, provide customer demos, and conduct necessary follow-up to close deals.
  • Work with our marketing specialist to lead our trade promotion efforts through attending tradeshows, networking groups, and other strategic trade events.
  • Measure, analyze, and report critical sales metrics.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ability to develop and manage to established sales/marketing plans.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed established sales quotas.
  • Prior experience selling ERP software desired.
  • Ability to enthusiastically execute lead generation campaigns.
  • Demonstrated business acumen.
  • Prior exposure to the food service and hospitality industries preferred.
  • Self directed and driven to succeed.
  • Excellent MS skills including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
  • This position must be able to travel domestically and internationally.
