Asset Conversion Cycle Blueprint

Using our proprietary Blueprint process, CrunchTime! works with organizations to ensure that business strategies, operating processes and technology infrastructure are properly aligned.

Implementation and Training

There are no magic bullets. Implementation of the CrunchTime! solution requires a lot of hard work and planning. At CrunchTime! we get very involved with each customer and work closely with them to formulate a high impact implementation strategy. Implementations begin with a one week on-site kick-off meeting in which we work through all process, data migration, and integration issues in addition to begin high level training on the application. During this meeting we also develop a detailed project plan that lays out the responsibilities and timelines for all parties. We have developed a great track record of success in implementing our solution in some of the most complex operating environments around the world.
