Implementation and Training

There are no magic bullets. Implementation of the CrunchTime! solution requires a lot of hard work and planning. At CrunchTime! we get very involved with each customer and work closely with them to formulate a high impact implementation strategy. Implementations begin with a one week on-site kick-off meeting in which we provide high level training on the application and begin working through all process, data migration, and integration issues. During this meeting we also develop a detailed project plan that lays out the responsibilities and timelines for all parties. We have developed a great track record of success in implementing our solution in some of the most complex operating environments around the world.
