Product Specialist
Our Product Specialists are responsible for working directly with our customers to implement, train and support them on the CrunchTime! Application Suite.We are looking for candidates who have strong troubleshooting skills, are dedicated to superior customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Our customers are located all over the world and candidates must be willing to travel both nationally and internationally.
Required Skills:
- Solid troubleshooting skills
- Professional customer service and presentation skills
- Ability to train/teach multiple users within varying levels of an organization
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- Willingness to travel up to 50% to client locations
Desired Skills:
- General understanding of client/server application, web and relational databases
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Experience working in the restaurant, cruise, or hospitality industries
