Why did you come to CrunchTime? I have been with CrunchTime! for 6 years. The majority of those years I spent working in the field hands-on with our customers implementing our solution, first as a Training & Implementation Specialist and later as a Client Manager. I got to travel to some amazing places I had never been before like Hawaii and Australia. Having spent so many years in the restaurant industry prior to joining CrunchTime!, it was great to still be connected to the industry I loved while at the same time pursuing a new career path. This year, I made a transition into the Sales Department with a goal of bringing my deep industry and product knowledge into the sales process. I am currently leading an eLearning initiative, training members of our sales team, and providing value assessments and product demos to prospective customers.
