CrunchTime! CEO Bill Bellissimo to Speak at NRA 2012

Boston, MA –Bill Bellissimo, CEO of CrunchTime! Information Systems, has been invited to speak at the 2012 NRA Show in Chicago. Bellissimo is the founder of CrunchTime!, a restaurant enterprise back office solution provider, and has been a restaurant technology leader since pioneering the web-based back office in 1996. He will participate in an educational Technology Seminar.

The session, titled “The Ins and Outs of the Back Office; Keeping Your Operational Engine Up-To-Date” will be held on Monday, May 7 from 12:00-1:15pm.

The full session description:
Food production is at the heart of any foodservice operation. Standard back office applications, including inventory & ordering, scheduling, preparation, kitchen and integration with food safety technologies, help to ensure the success of a restaurant. Our innovative panel will discuss the ways a restaurant benefits from utilizing back office technology in all of these critical areas.

“The right back office solution, when properly implemented and used, can literally transform a restaurant company.” said Bellissimo. “Management becomes based on timely, accurate data: forecasts are sharp, food and labor costs are dramatically reduced, operational tasks are tracked in every location, every day, and the truth about how the business is performing becomes clear. New users are always surprised at the impact on the business.”
