With five modules plus a 40-question final exam, this FDA Food Code-compliant course will prepare your team to serve your guests safely. Modules include Foundations of Food Safety, Personal Hygiene, TCS Foods, Preventing Cross-Contamination, and Cleaning and Sanitizing. This ANSI-accredited program meets requirements in 14 states and is accepted but not required in 40 states. 

  • Discover how food can make people sick after being contaminated by physical, chemical, or biological hazards
