Intro to Sexual Harassment Laws for Managers

Course Abstract

Promote a harassment-free work environment and reduce potential liability by teaching managers how to identify and prevent sexual harassment, how to handle sexual harassment allegations, and how to recognize retaliation. This course introduces the laws that govern the workplace while outlining how to create and communicate an anti-harassment policy.

• Defines conduct of a sexual nature, sexual harassment circumstances, and sex discrimination
