Below we describe what information we collect when you use this website, how we protect that information, with whom we share it, and what your privacy options are. This website may provide links to third party websites. This Privacy Policy will not apply to any information you may provide while on such third-party websites. Please check this page periodically for updates. If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will post the updated Privacy Policy here, along with its effective date, and notify you by means of a notice on our website.

Cookies, Mobile Device IDs and Online Advertising
What is a “Cookie”?
A cookie is a file containing an identifier (a string of letters and numbers) that is sent by a web server to a web browser and is stored by the browser. The identifier is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests a page from the server.
Cookies may be either “persistent” cookies or “session” cookies: a persistent cookie will be stored by a web browser and will remain valid until its set expiry date, unless deleted by the user before the expiry date; a session cookie, on the other hand, will expire at the end of the user session, when the web browser is closed.
Cookies do not typically contain any information that personally identifies a user, but personal information that we store about you may be linked to the information stored in and obtained from cookies.
What Cookies do we use and why?
We use cookies for the following reasons:
Essential: These are all the cookies without which the website could not perform basic functions. They may be set automatically when pages load, or as a result of a user request that cannot be fulfilled without the use of the cookie. Generally, these are session cookies that expire on closing the browser but not always.
Personalization: These cookies allow the website to remember choices you make (such as your user name, language, or the region you are in) and provide enhanced, more personal features. For example, a website may provide you with local weather reports or traffic news by storing data about your current location.
Marketing/Targeted Advertising: These cookies are used to deliver advertising that is more relevant to you and your interests. They may also be used to limit the number of times you see an advertisement and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. Advertising networks usually place them with the website operator’s permission.
Analytics: These cookies help the website operator understand how its website performs, how visitors interact with the site, and whether there may be technical issues. This storage type usually doesn’t collect information that identifies a visitor.
Managing Cookies
Most browsers allow you to refuse to accept cookies and to delete cookies. The methods for doing so vary from browser to browser, and from version to version. You can however obtain up-to-date information about blocking and deleting cookies via these links:

You may also review more information on our use of cookies and adjust your cookie preferences by clicking on the cookie icon in the lower right corner of your browser.
This website also works with third-party products and/or services (“Service Providers”) to offer and present our website to you. These Service Providers may include, but are not limited to, Google and other Service Providers who help us track and analyze our user activity, measure the effectiveness of our advertising efforts, and support the optimization of our digital marketing campaigns and carry out targeted advertising campaigns.
Our Service Providers may get more information about your activity on our website, including pages you visit, access times, visit duration, how you arrived at our website and your IP address. An IP address is a number that identifies a device connected to the internet. For most devices, the IP address changes on at least a weekly basis. Our Service Providers may also get device identifiers and specific information about the browser you use. In some cases, this information may be unique to you. We may share and/or sell your information collected from you on this website with third party vendors, advertising companies, or analytics providers including, but not limited to, Google. This website also participates in targeted advertising wherein it contracts with Service Providers to collect certain information when you visit this website to provide measurement services to this website and target ads to website users, such as Google Ads. These companies use information collected from this website (e.g., click stream information, browser type, time and date, subject of advertisements clicked or scrolled over, hardware or software information, cookie and session ID) and personal information (e.g., IP address) during your visits to this website and other websites in order to tailor advertisements about goods and services to you. These Service Providers typically use a cookie, third party web beacon, or other similar tracking technologies to collect this information. This website also works with third parties that collect information across various channels including, but not limited to, computers, mobile devices, and other connected devices, over time, for advertising, analytics, attribution, and reporting purposes. Your data may be transferred outside the country from which it was originally collected. This website provides you with the option to opt out of targeted advertising via its cookie preferences. To learn more about this type of advertising or to opt-out of this type of advertising, click here.
For more information about how targeted advertising works, you can visit the Network Advertising Initiative’s (“NAI”) educational website here.
Please note that third parties (including, for example, advertising networks and providers of external services like web traffic analysis services) may also use cookies, over which we have no control. These cookies are likely to be analytical/performance cookies or targeting cookies.
Opt-Out Signals
We will comply with opt out preference signals (OOPS) that inform us that you don’t want your Personal Data to be sold or used for targeted advertising, if the signal is sent from a platform or mechanism, such as Global Privacy Control, that enables us to accurately determine whether you are a resident of a state with an applicable privacy law regarding OOPS. You can learn how to enable Global Privacy Control here.
If your OOPS conflicts with your previously given privacy choice or your voluntary participation in any of our loyalty rewards or discount programs, as applicable, we will still comply with the opt out preference signal. We may notify you of the conflicting signals and ask you to confirm your choice with the understanding that it will affect your previously given privacy choice or participation in our loyalty rewards or discount programs.
How We May Share and Disclose the Information We Collect
We may share and disclose your personal information in the following ways:
- We may share Personal Data with our Service Providers, as described above.
- We may disclose data we collect about you when we believe disclosure is necessary to investigate, prevent, or respond to suspected illegal or fraudulent activity or to protect the safety, rights, or property of us, our users, or others.
- If requested or required by government authorities, such as law enforcement authorities, courts, or regulators, or otherwise to comply with the law, we may disclose any information we have about our users. We also may disclose information collected about you in order to exercise or protect legal rights or defend against legal claims.
- We may transfer your information to a third party if we or any of our affiliates are involved in a corporate restructuring (including, a sale, merger, or other transfer of some or all of our assets).
- Advertisers and advertising networks place ads (including sponsored links in search results) on our website. These companies may collect information, such as your computer’s IP address, browser information, and search queries, as you use our website. They also may use cookies and other technologies to collect this information when you visit our site. These companies will use this information in connection with their advertising to you.
- We may use, publish, share and disclose non-personal information (e.g., de-identified or aggregate data or statistics) to third parties.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain the information we collect about and from you for as long as necessary to fulfill a business purpose or comply with a legal request. We may also choose to anonymize certain of the information you provide to us so that it can no longer be attributed to you if we would like to retain it for longer periods of time.

We have implemented commercially reasonable security measures that are designed to protect against unauthorized or unlawful access to and misuse of the information we collect, including technological and physical security measures as well as procedural safeguards.
