Meet the additional training requirements required by The Illinois Human Rights Act for both managers and employees. This course covers Illinois’ expanded definition of sexual harassment, how to report harassment, and explains employer requirements. This course must be taken each calendar year in combination with Harassment-free Workplace for employees or Preventing Harassment in the Workplace for managers to fulfill Illinois’ harassment prevention training requirements.
