Improve customer service by improving teamwork among your employees. This course will help employees understand what makes a good team member and how cohesive teamwork benefits everyone, especially the guest. With specific examples of good communication, proactively helping other team members, and focusing on guest impact, employees will be ready to work for the greater good of the whole team.
