This course meets the additional harassment prevention training requirements of the state of Delaware for both managers and employees. The course defines sexual harassment, negative employment action, and who is considered an employee. It also explains how to report harassment and time limits for filing complaints. This course must be taken every two years in combination with Harassment-Free Workplace for employees or Preventing Harassment in the Workplace for managers to fulfill Delaware's harassment prevention training requirements.
