New! Pre-Conference Training Day at Ops Summit 2024

Last year, we hosted our all-new user conference, Ops Summit 2023, in San Antonio, TX. We were thrilled to be joined by hundreds of customers, leaders, users, and advocates from the Crunchtime community.

Ops Summit 2024 is taking place in Crunchtime's hometown in Boston, MA, and registration is now open for Crunchtime customers across all product lines. To make Ops Summit an even bigger success this year, we’ve incorporated some new, special programs based on feedback from attendees, including a half-day dedicated to training before the conference officially kicks off.

Let’s get into it! 

Ops Summit 2023 attendees told us they’d love to have more in-depth product know-how, so we added a pre-conference half-day training opportunity to level up your product expertise. 

Here are the details on this brand-new pre-con training offering:  

• The day before the Ops Summit kicks off, Crunchtime experts will lead 90-minute product training sessions (Tuesday, Nov. 12, from 1-4:30 PM)
• There is no additional fee, but advanced registration is required. Space is limited, so don’t delay if you’re interested! 
• You’ll be able to choose two sessions for each product line, all included in your registration. Training sessions include:

  • Leveraging Tools for an Optimized Schedule (Labor)
  • Learning Program Management (L&D)
