Here is everything you need to know for Ops Summit 2026
| Conference App |
Download the Cvent app now on the App Store or Google Play and search for Ops Summit. In addition to viewing the conference agenda, speakers, and attendees, you’ll be able to post questions during sessions via the app, receive announcements, connect with other attendees, and submit survey responses. Every time you complete a survey in the app for one of the sessions or for the conference overall, you’ll automatically be entered into a raffle for a Nintendo Switch! The raffle will take place during the last session of the conference, and you must be present to win. |

Live! by Loews Please note that there is a Grand Prix race in Arlington that will affect traffic patterns around the hotel on Sunday and Monday, as depicted on the maps below. Please use Nolan Ryan Expressway for arrival, not Randol Mill Road. |
| Suggested Attire & Weather Forecast |
Suggested attire is business casual. The weather for mid-March in Arlington, TX, brings mild to warm, changeable spring weather. Expect average daily highs ranging from the mid-60s to low 70s°F and lows in the low 50s°F to upper 40s°F. Most conference activities will be indoors but there are beautiful outdoor spaces you may wish to explore. |

Registration is located on the 2nd floor in the foyer, directly outside the main ballroom (Arlington D & E) (there will be directional signage). Registration and demo stations open at:

Pre-Conference Training Attendees: Monday, March 16 | 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm CT For those in town on Monday, don’t miss our Welcome Reception sponsored by Elo from 5-7 pm CT on the 1st floor Overlook. This is open to ALL conference attendees, not just pre-conference attendees. General Conference Attendees:

| Meals |
Breakfast will be served on Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:00-9:00 am CT, and lunch will be served from 11:14-1:15 pm CT on Tuesday and Wednesday. Breakfast and lunch will be served in Overlook (there will be directional signage). |
| Evening Event |
The Ultimate Roundup: Texas-Sized Fun at PBR Texas! PBR Texas is located directly inside the Texas Live! complex in Arlington, making it immediately adjacent/within the same entertainment district as Live! by Loews. They are within short walking distance, usually less than a 5-minute walk, as they are part of the same development. |
