Earlier this year, we shared the news that the next Ops Summit is moving to the Spring to avoid the busy Fall conference season. Now that registration is officially open, we’re excited to share more details. Whether you attended Ops Summit previously or are joining for the first time this year, we wanted to provide you with a closer look at what you can expect and answer some FAQs.

What is Ops Summit?

Ops Summit is Crunchtime’s renowned customer conference, open to Crunchtime customers across all product lines. It is a two-and-a-half-day event with opportunities to learn about product enhancements, discover best practices, participate in product roadmap development, and network with other customers, and we're thrilled to welcome QSR Automations customers to this must-attend event!

When and where is Ops Summit 2026 taking place?

Ops Summit 2026 will take place March 16-18, 2026, from 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM CT, in Arlington, Texas, at Live! by Loews, a spectacular, recently renovated property in the heart of the Arlington entertainment district, just steps from the Dallas Cowboys’ AT&T Stadium and the Texas Rangers’ Globe Life Field.

There’s also a great lineup of bars and restaurants to explore and sports memorabilia galore. There’s so much to do, you might want to spend the weekend! The discounted hotel rate starts at $279 (plus taxes and fees) and can be booked now. The room block closes on February 22, 2026.

Monday, March 16, 2026,  is an optional, pre-conference training day (more on that below).
