Lucretia Quigley brings over 21 years of experience with Panera Bread, where she currently serves as Vice President of Operations Standards & Growth Initiatives. Her career began at Panera as an assistant manager, and through steady advancement, she’s held numerous roles across field leadership and operations, giving her a deep understanding of both front-line execution and enterprise-scale strategy.

In her current position, Lucretia leads initiatives focused on scaling new concepts, optimizing operational standards, and enhancing the guest experience across Panera’s nearly 4,000 cafes in ten countries. She plays a critical role in aligning innovation with Panera’s core values of warmth, authenticity, and community, and is a key driver of strategies that fuel both customer satisfaction and business growth.

Jennifer Somers, Chief Operating Officer, CAVA

Jen Somers joined CAVA as Chief Operating Officer in 2021, bringing with her a strong track record in operations leadership across several major brands and industries. Prior to CAVA, she spent six years at Yum! Brands’ Taco Bell division, where she served as Head of U.S. Field Operations and held multiple other field and strategy roles. Before that, she held leadership positions at National Veterinary Associates and Champion Home Builders, overseeing operations transformation and field team performance.

Jen began her career as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company, where she focused on operations and organizational effectiveness across retail and consumer brands. She later joined the Operations Strategy team at Mattel, further deepening her expertise in aligning strategic planning with day-to-day execution.
